Pin-Up Girl Shipping Policy

Free Shipping in the United States:

  • Ships via USPS First Class Mail
  • Includes ALL 50 states, US territories and overseas US military addresses (APOs, NPOs, and DPOs)
  • Can ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for items available for immediate shipping
  • Some items have a 10 business day handling time, as noted in the description area of the listing
  • Tracking numbers are E-mailed when your order ships
  • Packages are not insured.  You may insure your package at cost (a separate invoice will be sent). Leave a message in the comments section or email us to request insurance.  Email: pin-up-girls@outlook.com
  • Priority shipping is available upon request, message us for pricing at pin-up-girls@outlook.com.  A separate invoice for the cost of shipping will be provided.

*Lost Packages

If your package is verified as lost or damaged in transit by the shipping company, we will work with you to replace the item at a discount to be determined at our discretion. If the tracking information lists the item as delivered correctly, it is the customer's responsibility to care for the package. Shipping costs are not refundable.



International Shipping:
  • Shipping is provided via First Class International Mail, for a flat rate of $15.00 per order.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2-6 weeks for items available for immediate shipping
  • Some items have a 10 business day handling time, as noted in the description area of the listing
  • Tracking numbers are E-mailed when your order ships
  • We have no control over how much a country charges for it's Customs Fees, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the duties imposed by their country.

*Customs: We are unable to control whether or not orders shipped outside of the US are stopped in Customs. We cannot be held responsible for these delays or any fees Customs may charge. Any duties assessed by Customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Partial Shipments

Domestic Shipments:
If only part of your order is in-stock, the in-stock item(s) may ship before the order is complete. If you would prefer to have only a complete shipment, be aware that you will need to wait longer for your items to ship.  Please notify us in  "comments" section at checkout. 

International Shipments:
Partial shipments are NOT available for international shipments.  International shipments will only ship COMPLETE.  International customers may request a partial shipment, but will have to pay the additional shipping charges.


Pin-Up Girl Return Policy

  • Due to the delicate nature of lingerie, items must be post-marked for return within 14 days of the date received. 
  • Items must be in brand new condition, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed
  • Item must be free of odors (smoke, body, perfume, cigarette, cooking odors)
  • Item must be free of pet hair, stains, snags, and deodorant marks. 
  • Tags must be attached with no evidence of removal and re-attachment
  • It is preferred that you include the original packaging, if not, then please enclose the item in plastic to keep it safe and clean. 
  • Panties must be tried on over a pair of your own clean underwear. Returned panties and other items with a crotch area are inspected very closely to ensure pristine condition.
  • Items must be returned in packaging that is appropriate so that it is not damaged in shipment. (Example: formed/hard cup bras should not be crammed into envelopes or boxes too small that crush the product or bend the underwire.  Items with boning must have packaging to protect the boning from being bent.)

Shipping your return:  We do not provide free return shipping, therefore you will need to purchase your own shipping label. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the product reaches us safely.  Ship to us at:  PO BOX 9, HEBER, AZ 85928  **Ship via USPS Postal Services only, as other carriers will NOT ship to a PO Box.**

Refunds:  Within 3 business days of receiving your item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price LESS our original shipping costs (for items that were shipped free).  If you make another purchase in replacement of the returned item, we will not  deduct the original shipping from your return.

Exchanges:  We do not do exchanges, it is preferred that you re-purchase the replacement item.
